What Growth Bull does

Growth Bull sends review invitations to your customers when jobs are finished, using the customer details you provide or that arrive from your connected accounting software. You confirm you have the right to contact the customers you give us, and that the details are accurate.

What we will never do

We never filter who gets asked based on how happy they seem. Every customer receives the same invitation and the same Google link. This is a condition of using the service, because anything else ("review gating") breaches Google's policies and UK consumer law and puts your listing at risk. We also never write, buy or fake reviews.

Your responsibilities

Use the service only for customers of your business. Do not upload lists of people who have never bought from you. Respect opt-outs: once a customer opts out we will not message them, and neither should you through us by re-uploading them.

Billing and the guarantee

Your first 10 reviews are free, no card required. After that the service is a monthly rolling subscription with no minimum term: cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as merchant of record for all orders; your card details never touch our servers. If the service has not worked for you, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies, no quibbling.

Service and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for the content of reviews your customers choose to leave, or for decisions Google makes about your listing. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The boring but necessary bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; material changes will be emailed to the address on your account before they take effect.
