Reactivating past customers
The reviews you have already earned, collected at last.
Most businesses have hundreds of happy customers behind them and a review profile that shows almost none of it. Those customers were happy. Nobody asked. Uploading your customer list fixes that.
What to upload
A simple spreadsheet (CSV) with a name and a mobile number or email per row, exported from your accounting software, your job sheets, or even your phone contacts. Columns can be in any order; you will match them up on screen. We only need those two things, and anyone without a valid contact is skipped quietly.
Why we pace the invites
We deliberately send a handful of invites a day rather than blasting the whole list at once. Two reasons. First, a sudden flood of reviews looks unnatural to Google and can get reviews filtered. Second, spreading them out turns your profile into a steady stream of recent reviews, which is exactly what customers and Google want to see. A list of two hundred customers becomes a month and a half of daily fresh reviews.
The rules we enforce for you
Nobody is ever asked twice within 90 days, anyone who opts out is never contacted again, and everyone gets the same invitation. There is no filtering by how happy someone might be, because cherry-picking reviewers is against Google's rules and we never do it.
