How review requests work

One ask, one reminder, then we leave them alone.

Every request follows the same polite sequence, and it is deliberately boring:

The first message

A couple of hours after the job finishes (never at night, never at dawn), the customer gets a short text or email from your business, not from us: thanks for choosing you, and would they leave a Google review. One tap takes them straight to your review page on Google.

The reminder

If they have not tapped through after three days, one gentle reminder goes out. That is the last one. People are busy, and a single nudge roughly doubles the number of reviews without annoying anyone.

When we stop

The sequence stops immediately when the customer taps through to Google, leaves private feedback, replies STOP, or uses the one-tap unsubscribe link that is in every message. And nobody is ever asked again within 90 days, whatever happens.

Unhappy customers reach you first

The review page also offers a private feedback box. An unhappy customer can tell you directly, and you get an alert with their number so you can put it right the same day. The Google option stays visible to everyone; we never hide it based on how someone feels, because that is against Google's rules.
