How connections work

One connection, then finished jobs ask for their own reviews.

Connecting your accounting software or CRM takes two clicks: you approve the connection on their site, and from then on we get a nudge when something finishes.

What counts as "finished"?

For accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent), it is an invoice being paid: the clearest possible signal the job is done and the customer is happy enough to pay. For CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive), it is a deal marked won. Either way the customer's name and contact details come across, the request is queued, and it sends at a polite time of day.

What we can see, and what we cannot

Connections are read-only and narrow: invoices and contacts, or deals and contacts. We cannot edit anything in your software, and we never see bank details or full accounts. You can disconnect any time from the Integrations page, and new jobs simply stop creating requests.

Filters that protect your customers

Before anything sends, every job passes the same checks: skip anyone we have asked in the last 90 days, skip anyone who has opted out, and skip repeat billing contacts like landlords or commercial clients who get invoices every month.
